Isha Mody

PT, MS, CES, PRPC

I'm Isha Mody, a pelvic health physical therapist practicing in NYC since 2019. I work with people of all genders on a wide range of pelvic health concerns, and I'm committed to providing this care for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Long COVID sent me searching for relief beyond conventional treatment, and I found it in Barral's visceral manipulation and Upledger's craniosacral therapy. I went on to train in both and now offer them in my practice. Seeing the difference they make for patients, especially those who've hit a wall with other approaches, has reshaped how I think about care.

I live in Brooklyn with my wife. Outside the clinic, you'll find us eating our way through the city, spending time with friends and family, or traveling. I also bake sourdough, cook, and run. I've done a half marathon most years and ran the 2024 NYC Marathon.
